Launching with a Bang!

When it comes to employee loyalty, we believe you should go big or go home. Well, we brought it home big time with the recent launch of LaaSy at MVMT Mortgage launch its new employee rewards and recognition platform.

The LaaSy launch team showed up with a branded van and welcomed approximately 300 MVMT Mortgage employees with in-person launch party that featured music, games, demonstrations, giveaways, and prizes. This kickoff set the stage for a successful rollout to a broader user group of 3,000 MVMT Mortgage employees. The platform achieved an impressive 29% registration rate within the initial launch period, demonstrating strong early adoption and employee enthusiasm.

By the Numbers: Shop & Travel Preferences

The effectiveness of your LaaSy loyalty program lies in providing discounts and rewards toward items your employees really treasure. Launch Incentives & Giveaways

LaaSy implemented an incentive with two grand prizes of $1,000 for registered users to generate excitement and encourage platform engagement. These rewards were redeemable for shop and travel purchases on the new MVMT Rewards loyalty program. In addition, premium shop giveaways were handed out, such as:
